16 Aug 18 - Myanmar's commercial centre Yangon, is one of the fastest growing cities on the planet. Its population is estimated to be around 10 million, says Mayor U Maung Maung Soe. The Mayor has turned to celebrities and popular icons such as the Power Rangers to help educate the public on issues plaguing the city.
