This scene on Baho Road near Bagayar Street in Sangyaung was one of the intersections that flooded yesterday afternoon. The high water slowed traffic to a crawl and caused one truck to stall. Scattered rain is expected over several parts of Myanmar today. Photo: Mark Angeles
