The Business Platform in Myanmar’s Growing Water Industry – MyanWater 2019 was held in late November
MYANWATER 2019, the sixth edition of the Biggest International Water Industry Exhibition in Myanmar, was held from 28 to 30 November 2019 at the prestigious Myanmar Expo Hall by Fortune Plaza in Yangon. It was held concurrently with Myanmar's integrated infrastructure event, comprised of MYANBULD 2019 (Myanmar International Building and Construction Industry Show), MYANENERGY 2019 (International Power & Electrical Engineering Show) and MIVAR 2019 (Myanmar International Ventilation, Air Conditioning and Refrigeration Show). It was organized by AMB Tarsus Events Group and supported by Myanmar's Ministry of Natural Resources and Environmental Conservation (MONREC), Myanmar Engineering Society and Yangon City Development Committee (YCDC).
The event exhibited an array of new equipment, supplies and solutions for improving Myanmar's water production, supply and treatment capabilities. It provided an avenue for companies to source for new supplies, gain insights and learn about the upcoming trends directly from reputed experts, alongside networking with key clients.
Over 260 exhibitors grouped in Pavilions representing various countries such as China, India, Italy, Korea, Malaysia, Thailand and Singapore participated in this event, making this a truly international business event. Exhibitions included the latest products and services relating to Water Resource Management, Wastewater Treatment and Management, Industrial Water Treatment, Municipality Water Management, Sewerage, Irrigation, Ultra-Pure Water and Bottled Water Production.
Over 6000 visitors from various fields such as Consultants, Engineer, Developers, Technicians, Suppliers and Research Institutes came to this event.
In addition to showcasing the latest technology, equipment and supplies, MYANWATER 2019 also hosted seminars and technology symposiums for industry professionals to get updated on the latest innovations, trends and developments in the water production and treatment sector.
